The Farmacy Deep Sweep Toner is good for combination and oily skin types. I am for the most part normal/combination and I find it works perfectly for me.
How To Use

How Much To Use
The opening is quite small so you can control the amount you need. I usually do about 2 to 3 shakes onto my cotton pad and it’s enough to cover my entire face. I’m not the best at describing scents, but it is just slightly herbally with a hint of fruit. But to sum it up, it smells really refreshing light. I enjoy the scent and it doesn’t irritate my nostrils at all.

The Farmacy Deep Sweep Toner comes in a beautiful green glass bottle that’s matte with a plastic cap. And in ensuring sustainability and reducing waste, you can actually remove the label around it as well as the stopper (the small plastic opening) to repurpose it! If you want to recycle it, you can do so with the glass bottle and outer packaging and send the cap and stopper to Farmacy to be recycled via TerraCycle. How Long Does One Bottle Last?
A bottle of the 120 ml of the Deep Sweep Toner lasted me about 3 months. I use it morning and night for the most part, and occasionally alternate it with a glycolic acid toner at night when I needed extra exfoliation.

My Results
I had my eye on the Farmacy Deep Sweep Toner for a while and I finally purchased it during the 2021 Sephora Winter Saving Event. I’ve read really good reviews on this toner and although I wasn’t an avid user of toners until 2 years ago since I didn’t find them too effective when I used them on and off throughout the years, I was really eager to see what the rage was all about.
I started using the Deep Sweep Toner and after the first use, I already really enjoyed adding it to my skincare routine. It feels so refreshing on my skin after cleansing and I love that very slight tingly feeling it gives me after. To be clear, it doesn’t sting – it’s just a refreshing tingle! After about 4 to 5 days I noticed my skin was a little clearer and smoother in terms of breakouts and texture. Over the next couple weeks, I really noticed that my skin continued to stay clear even during that time of the month and that was amazing to me because that rarely happens. As I’ve used this toner over the past 3 months, it has quickly become my favorite toner since it feels great on the skin and it’s so effective. My skin is free of breakouts and my complexion is brighter, more even, and clearer too. I wish there was a bigger bottle and that it lasted longer because I just love using it!
Of course, I use this toner in conjunction with other skincare products that I use daily to address certain needs such as dark spots, occasional small breakouts, dryness or other random skincare problem that can pop up. But I did notice a significance difference in using the Deep Sweep Toner and this will be part of my permanent skincare collection.
Verdict
For those with oily, combination and even normal skin types, I would definitely recommend giving the Farmacy Deep Sweep Pore Cleaning 2% BHA Toner a try. It’s refreshing, doesn’t sting at all, exfoliates the skin well, and is surprisingly very gentle and non-irritating. It’s also effective in keeping your skin clear and healthy.
